NOTICE OF HEARING AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Thursday, March 30, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Hampton Inn located at 1565 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702 concerning LeGore Bridge Solar Center, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission. LeGore Bridge Solar Center, LLC has proposed to construct an 20.0 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Frederick County, Maryland. Persons who wish to file written comments, referencing Case No. 9429, are directed to address such comments to David J. Collins, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and file such comments by April 14, 2017.
