NOTICE OF HEARING AND OPPORTUNITY FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

A public comment hearing in the above-entitled matter is scheduled for Wednesday, February 8, 2017, beginning at 7:00 p.m., at the Washington County Free Library, located at 100 S. Potomac Street, Hagerstown, Maryland 21740 concerning Mason Dixon Solar Center, LLC’s application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) from the Maryland Public Service Commission. Mason Dixon Solar Center, LLC has proposed to construct an 18.4 MW solar photovoltaic generating facility in Washington County, Maryland. Persons who wish to file written comments, referencing Case No. 9426, are directed to address such comments to David J. Collins, Executive Secretary, Maryland Public Service Commission, 6 St. Paul Street, 16th Floor, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and file such comments by Wednesday, February 15, 2017.
