Job Description: Talent Management Intern

Summary: Coronal Energy is seeking a Talent Management Intern to support its business and team of ~150 employees. This will be a temporary position for about 10 weeks over the summer ( June 5th – August 11th) in our Charlottesville, VA office. This position will be responsible for supporting the activities of the Talent Management Group. The group’s charter is:

Candidates must demonstrate a keen interest in dynamic, knowledge-based work, be a quick study, have exceptional communication skills (oral and written), and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to efficiently and effectively multi-task in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Impeccable attention to detail (accuracy and thoroughness) and a decent sense of humor are a must.
Roles & Responsibilities (in concert with VP Talent Management):
Applicant may be a currently enrolled student or a recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Other relevant majors will be considered.
This position is likely to be based in Charlottesville, VA and will involve a moderate amount of travel.
